Born in Tarragona and based in Barcelona, Antoni Arola’s work covers lighting, furniture, product, and interior design. He founded Estudi Arola in 1994 where he has showcased his admiration for design with common sense and his fascination with primitive cultures, often drawing inspirations from traditional shapes and icons. Aside from his professional career, he is actively involved with teaching, conducting workshops, and researching the concept and behavior of light.

His eternal and continuous investigation into beauty, inspired by ancestral cultures and his own particular way of looking at light, confer on him a unique versatility which filters through into each project.
