The best client I have worked with. They listened to every single idea we had and told us their honest feed-back. With this approach it was really easy for us to work with, and since we were directly working with the top management, decisions were made super fast and we got things done very efficiently.

This project was sort of a budget medium development. The units were mainly small and the selling price was lower than the market, therefore we did not have a lot or room for crazy ideas or groundbreaking designs. What we needed to work with was proves concepts, and very normal methods. But we did however convince them to add a feature in the building which made it stand out and be different. Our argument was by adding an element such as the brick, we can create the warmth and coziness of home which can in fact be used as a marketing tool. They listened and the sales were great. The first tower sold more than 60% upon launch!

There are 2 towers in this building which are both north-south oriented. We arranged them line this in order to provide as much as clear views as possible for each unit. We also rotated the end units to face Kuala Lumpur city center and by adding to their area made is as the higher-end units.

We also didn’t want this project to look exactly like all the other buildings popping up all over Kuala Lumpur, so instead of going with simple paint and making a graphic impression, we added a genuine architecture element to the building. The brick texture on the building facade will make these towers stand out and will create the feeling of home through the warm color they have to offer.

The project is now under construction and I visit the site on a regular basis. I will be posting the updates in construction as the construction progresses further.
