The interiors of B3 Residence unfold as a living anthology, weaving threads of historical detailing into a modern fabric. AO/JN Interiors were keen to bring their own interpretation of time and place to the home, while retaining connections to its origins. The design team sought to uncover hidden gems within the space, allowing the home’s rich history to shine through.

As the home to distinguished patrons of the arts, the revitalization works needed to ensure an apt canvas for their extensive collection to be displayed at any one time.

Working with the expansive interior volumes, natural light was embraced as a key design element, filling the space and creating a sense of openness and warmth. Textural and tonal accents were carefully selected to complement the historical elements of the home, creating a retreat within an urban and historical outer envelope.

Unique details such as intricate stucco flourishes and retained tiled stove features provide points of interest throughout, while a palette of warm and muted finishes creates a balanced and inviting atmosphere.
