After you finish your Styleboard, we validate your selections with each brand and help you place a single order with everything organized in one place.

Design your space with Styleboard
Design your room using real furniture and decor products, sized accurately so you know what fits. Choose from a wide selection of brands you know and trust, then drag and drop pieces to mix, match, and shape a mood that feels like you. You’ll end up with a clear plan you feel confident with, not a random list of links.

STEP 2
Request a quote and get your Styleboard verified
Add the products you have your eye on to your list and request a verified quote. We’ll confirm key details with each brand, including availability, lead times, shipping fees (standard or white glove), and any important notes. If something is unavailable or doesn’t fit your timeline, we’ll suggest close alternatives.

STEP 3
Quick design consultation
To make sure everything is right for you and your space, you can book a free short call with one of our designers. We’ll walk through your Styleboard, answer questions, and help you make final decisions so you feel good about the order. Unlike brand sales teams, our designers can give you unbiased, professional advice, so you can place your order with confidence.

STEP 4
Checkout once with aêtava
When you’re ready, you can checkout in one place, even if your Styleboard includes items from multiple brands. You’ll pay the same product prices as the brand website, with no markup. If a brand is running a sale, you’ll get the same sale price too.

STEP 5
We place your orders with each brand
After checkout, we place each order with the brands on your behalf. You’ll receive an aêtava order confirmation, plus the brand order numbers for each item so you have direct reference for tracking, delivery updates, and support.

Pricing
You pay the same product prices as the brand website, even when the brand is running a promotion.
aêtava earns through trade pricing and partner programs, so you don’t pay extra for using aêtava.
Roles and Responsibilities

Each Brand
- Ships the items and provides delivery service options (including white glove if offered)
- Sets lead times and availability
- Provides warranty terms and coverage
- Approves or denies returns based on their policy
Shipping and Delivery
Your Shipping fees and delivery services are set by each brand. If your order includes multiple brands, shipping can add up.
If something arrives damaged or missing parts, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging so we can coordinate with the brand quickly.
Lead Times and Availability
Availability and lead times are set by each brand and can change. We show an estimated range on the site and Styleboard when you are browsing products, and we can verify the latest details in your quote before you checkout.
If an item is backordered or delayed, we can recommend alternatives that match your style, size, and budget.
Returns and Refunds
Returns follow each brand’s policy, including return windows, restocking fees, return shipping, and final sale rules.
If a return is approved by the brand, refunds are processed by aêtava because your payment was made through us.
Some brands require issues to be reported within a short window after delivery, so it’s best to reach out as soon as possible if something isn’t right.
Warranty and Support
Warranty is provided by each brand. Coverage and decisions are set by the brand.
If an issue comes up, we’ll help you navigate the brand’s process and make sure you get a resolution within the brand’s policy.
