Inspired by the classic British Windsor Chair, the Peacock Chair reinterprets tradition with modern craftsmanship. Its signature back features fourteen sticks, with flat sections positioned for shoulder blade support, creating its distinctive peacock-like form.

Designed in 1947, its refined lines combine aesthetics with comfort. The name “Peacock Chair” was coined by Wegner’s colleague Finn Juhl, who noted its striking design.
