Born in London in 1959, Jasper Morrison is a modern icon of furniture and product design. He attended Kingston Polytechnic, the Royal College of Art for postgraduate studies, and a year at Berlin’s HdK art school.

In 1986 he started his own design studio in London and soon became a household name for his work for Reuters News Centre and a collection named “Some New Items for the Home” at the DAAD Gallery in Berlin. From there he started collaborating with big players in the design industry from around the world and even several international authorities designing unique solutions for urban matters.
